3. We do not offer software returns, but we do replace broken software.

4. LCD monitors may have up to 7 dead pixels before they are DOA.

5. Refunds are awarded if you paid us to fix something and we were unsuccessful.

6. We reserve the right to void customers warranty on services we have done if we are verbally threatened or treated with extreme disrespect.

7. All refunds may take up to 7 to 10 days but as soon as 3.

9. In order to keep First Wave Computers' prices the lowest around, we do not have our parts or software in stock. Please allow a shipping period of 3 days after order is placed to schedule your appointment with us.
